What's the difference between YESIGN chocolate and other chocolate?

The innovative printing technology is developed to fill in the gap of the existing chocolate industry. Starting from digital graphic design to boxed chocolates, our chocolates are handmade with full of passion and ideas. We use Belgian chocolate Callebaut for the best tasting experience.

How do I order personalised chocolates?

Please email us and we will get back to you within 24 hrs.

You can choose from white chocolate, milk chocolate, and dark chocolate. Ruby chocolate may be available occasionally. 

It is free of charge to use existing designs, such as company logo, photo, image, text,
and art work. The format can be PDF, PNG, JPEG, AI, PS with at least 300 PPI.
Once the design is confirmed, full payment is required for custom order in advance.

Is YESIGN chocolate gluten-free?

Our chocolate is GLUTEN FREE. However, it may contain trace of gluten.

How long does it take to make a custom order?

Sweet desserts require 4 days prior to delivery. Bulk order of chocolates requires 4-14 business days.

How should I store my chocolates?

The pure chocolate itself lasts up to a year. Individual chocolate with ganache lasts up to half a year after making. Different toppings will have varying shelf lives; we recommend consuming the chocolate within 3 months of purchasing for the best flavour. The chocolate blocks will remain fresh and best retain their delicate flavours and textures if they are kept in a dry atmosphere at a temperature range between 12 – 20 degrees. The chocolate should also be stored in cool and dark area.

Why has my chocolate turned white?

It is often referred to as ‘chocolate bloom’. There are several causes, most often occurring as a result of warm storage conditions. Chocolate turns white when the cocoa butter within the chocolate has separated toward the surface. Despite its appearance, the chocolate is still safe to eat.

Can you deliver chocolate gifts and sweets to the site?

Definitely. We are happy to arrange a proper delivery date for you. Please book with us earlier for best scheduling. Delivery hours: 10 am - 6 pm / 7 days
